Health Condition DisclaimerIt is acknowledged that I have health issues that could potentially affect the completion of the commissioned work. In case of any failure to fulfill the stated commission, efforts will be made to complete the task partially, and a partial refund may be considered depending on the work completed.III. Privacy 1. Confidentiality of References: Any references provided by the client are considered highly confidential and will not be distributed to any third party. 2. No Unauthorized Editing: Logos cannot be edited without the explicit permission of the artist.IV. Communication and Updates Clients are encouraged to inquire about project updates. Communication is facilitated through VGEN.V. Terms during Work/Deadline/Rush Fees Logo Deadline: The standard deadline for logo completion is set between 3 weeks to 3 months Overlay Deadline: The standard deadline for overlay completion is set between 1 to 4 months depending on the complexity and waitlist Rush Fees: Rush fees will be applied at 2x and 3x the base price for urgent commission requests. For overlays : 50% of the base price will be added TAT: For logos : 1-2 days and 3-5 daysTAT: For overlays (1 week - 3 weeks depending on the complexity and both artist and client's availability to response)Additional Revision Fees: Any revisions requested after the delivery of the commissioned work may incur extra charges.Important Note for Sketches: Sketches are provided as ideas and are not necessarily the final product. Clients have the freedom to suggest changes to fonts, designs, or any other elements to ensure the final product aligns with their vision.VI. Ownership Rights Ownership Rights: The artist has the right to keep all rights to the designs, but only for commercial and intended use for the client's work. It is strictly prohibited to sell or give away the artist's work to any other party. Exclusion from AI or NFT Use: The commissioned work is not allowed for use in AI or NFT projects.Credit Requirement: Proper credit attribution (@xastherielle) is mandatory for all commissioned work, including logos, overlays, or illustrationsVII. Pricing Price Variation: Prices may vary based on the complexity, requirements, and additional requests of the commission.Partial Refund Policy: If the client decides not to proceed with the commission after work has commenced and is accepted, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of completed work and mutual agreement between the client and the artist.VII.
